I was lucky enough to have a 121 Yoga class with the lovely Molly Crowther in her beautiful studio and what a wonderful practice it was….. from relaxing, to focused, challenging and invigorating. Molly guided me through a variety of movements with a focus on my breath and fluidity, consequently I was able to push myself to go deeper and further as the class progressed. I appreciated the modifications Molly made because of my weak right knee and enjoyed her warm, and calm encouragement to go beyond my usual limits. Thank you Molly, I entered the class tired, stiff and foggy and left feeling restored and energised!

Reflexology

This is the first time I have dipped my toe into the world of reflexology and am I glad that I did! I don’t pretend to know how it works, it just does. After a reflexology session with Molly, my heartrate is slower, I feel incredibly relaxed and somehow, the aches that I have suffered have all but disappeared.
I cannot recommend Meadowside Reflexology enough. Thank you Molly.

On the begin i was a bit sceptical but finally i decided to try the reflexology and thanks goodnes that was the best decision,truly amazing experience. Molly is absolutely amazing she’s know what she’s doing and she’s very professional, i had though year with my cancer treatment so my body was tired and i had so much stress but just after first reflexology treatment i left feeling relaxed and happy, every treatment with Molly increased my energy ,and my stress was reduced a lot HERE’S THE BEST PLACE TO EXPERIENCE THE WONDERFUL REFLEXOLOGY SESSIONS,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ENYONE . I have continued to use the tincture, herbal teas, herbal baths and self massage daily, and I think all of that has been hugely helpful for my recovery. I have started to fit in as much of the Yoga gentle flow session as I can manage comfortably, slowly back to some normality!

Yoga Retreat

I attended one of Molly’s weekend yoga retreats with two friends and we had an absolutely fabulous time. Everything from the setting, the yoga, the food through to the company was amazing! We couldn’t have been looked after better and it was a refreshing, re-energising break. The whole weekend was relaxing and full of laughs. I was so relaxed I slept through the morning yoga sessions which I wish I hadn’t as my friends raved about them. Will definitely be recommending to others and will be back. Thank you!
